Which option is right for me?
Group classes if you love energy and community. One-on-one for maximum focus and the fastest results. Virtual to train from home. The 12-Week Transformation for a clear, structured plan with accountability. The free consult sorts it out in ten minutes.
Do I need any equipment or a gym?
No. In-studio is fully equipped. For virtual, Ruben builds the plan around whatever you have at home, even if that's nothing.
What if I have to reschedule?
Life happens. Just give Ruben reasonable notice (about a day) and he'll rebook you. Simple, and we cover it up front.
Can I switch later?
Always. Start where it makes sense today; we adjust as you progress.
